Pick a Scalpel, Any Scalpel

I've always found the scalpel numbering system unintuitive. Here's how I remember which is which:

#10 has a big curve, like a 0.
#11 is pointy, like the fallen 11.
#15 has a small curve, as only part of a 5 is curved.
